On 27th October 2011 Chambers and Partners hosted their Annual Bar Awards at the Park Lane Hilton. An event that they describe as ‘an evening celebrating the very best that the Bar has to offer'. It was therefore a matter of particular note and celebration that Michael Greenaway was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
On Monday 7th November Keating Chambers held a party to celebrate Barry Bridgman's fifty years as a barristers' clerk at which Head of Chambers Paul Darling QC proposed the toast to Barry's FIRST 50 years. Barry became Senior Clerk in 1981 on the retirement of Douglas Golding and continues to be very active in Chambers.
The Institute extends its warmest congratulations to both Michael and Barry.
