Managing Barrister Career Breaks – Advice and Practical Tips for Clerks

Presented by Cliff Holland of Matrix Chambers, IBC Committee Member, dealing with Equality & Diversity and member of the Bar Council Equality & Diversity – Bar Retention Sub-Group.

This is a seminar providing guidance to clerks when managing barristers about to take a career break.  It will include advice, tips, checklists and best practice covering pre leave, actual leave and return to work actions.  There will be a 30-40 minutes presentation, followed by 20 minutes Q&A and time permitting, an opportunity for us all to share tips.
